Credit Crunch

Many homes across the United States have gone into foreclosure and with the credit crunch many are going to find it very difficult to purchase a home. Mortgage programs are not as easily available as before therefore banks are having a difficult time getting loans through. Should Canadian's be worried about the affects of the U.S. market?
